Brad arrived at Pitzer in March 2015 after serving for nearly 3 years as one of the chaplains to The Claremont Colleges. Prior to joining the Consortium,  Brad served as Associate Director of the Master of Arts in Bioethics program and as Administrative Director of The Center for Bioethics, Health and Society at Wake Forest University. Both the academic center and graduate program are designed to facilitate ethical exploration, analysis, and research by persons working in health care, biotechnology, and the basic sciences. From 2004–2008, he worked in college chaplaincy as Director of the Office of Spiritual Life at DePauw University. Previously, he was Assistant Director of the Pro Humanitate Center at Wake Forest University, where he facilitated vocational discernment among students, faculty, and staff. Brad received a Bachelor of Arts in Religion and Classics from Vanderbilt University and a Master of Divinity degree from the Wake Forest University School of Divinity. He enjoys spending time with his family, especially on long car trips, and taking advantage of the wonderful cultural resources in the LA area.

Andre joined Pitzer College in August 2024 after serving as the Associate Director of Career Development at Azusa Pacific University (APU). During his time at APU, Andre was committed to equipping students and alumni with the tools necessary to succeed in their professional lives. His transition to Pitzer allows him to continue this mission, with a focus on enhancing career readiness and fostering employer relations that align with Pitzer’s core values. Andre is passionate about empowering students to design their futures and define their own versions of career success, recognizing the importance of self-awareness and personal growth in achieving professional goals. Prior to his role at Pitzer, Andre spent over 14 years in sales, recruiting, and program development, with 10 of those years dedicated to private liberal arts colleges in Southern California. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Biola University and a Master of Arts in Leadership from Azusa Pacific University. Outside of work, Andre enjoys staying active at the gym in the early mornings, participating in an adult softball rec league, and spending quality time with friends, family, and his two Ragdoll cats, Theo and Selah.

Teresa graduated from California State Polytechnic University, Pomona (Cal Poly) with a Bachelor of Science in Hotel & Restaurant Management and a minor in Business Administration. As well as taken Master’s degree courses in Higher Education from DeVry University.

In her free time you can find her walking and hiking with her dog Peta, a goofy Golden Retriever. She enjoys traveling especially taking road trips to adjacent states and to Hanalei, Kauai whenever she gets the chance.

Jill graduated from Pitzer College, earning her Bachelor of Arts in International Relations. Jill earned a Master of Education in Higher Education with an emphasis in Social Issues Education from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst, and then a doctorate in Education Administration from the University of California, Irvine, and Los Angeles. Jill’s expertise includes academic support and coaching, residential learning, and disability services.

Jill counsels students on various career services, including resume reviews, interview skills, and job search assistance. She is excited and honored to support Pitzer students and alumni in their career journey.

In her free time, Jill enjoys hiking, dancing, riding her bike, and spending time with her family and friends.

Kaylee graduated from Cal State Fullerton with a Bachelor's degree in Human Communication Studies and a minor in Women and Gender Studies.

Here at Pitzer, Kaylee provides support with Handshake, Career Services' events and programs, and data collection. She also coordinates marketing and communications for the office.

In her free time, Kaylee enjoys reading, taking her dog on walks, and building her next Lego set that she's spent too much money on.
